The Residences represent a boutique collection of architecturally designed townhouses set in the heart of an established neighbourhood. Each home is individually articulated yet united by a cohesive modern aesthetic, offering a balanced combination of privacy and community.

Designed to meet the demands of modern living, these residences feature open-plan layouts, light-filled living spaces, private courtyards, and carefully selected finishes that reflect quality and longevity. Attention was given to both external form and internal functionality, ensuring each home offers a strong connection to its surroundings while remaining adaptable for future lifestyles.

Design Intent

The Residences were conceived with a focus on refined urban living — balancing form, function, and lifestyle. The design intent was to deliver a collection of modern townhouses that seamlessly integrate contemporary architecture with low-maintenance living, while still offering the warmth and comfort of a private home.

Each residence is thoughtfully planned to maximise natural light, indoor-outdoor flow, and spatial efficiency, creating an environment that enhances both day-to-day living and long-term flexibility for its occupants. The material palette was selected to deliver both durability and understated elegance, complementing the streetscape while establishing a timeless modern character.
