The project revitalises the existing dwellings for modern living while introducing eight additional residences, significantly improving the site’s functionality and investment return.

Design Intent
The intent for 22KSHE was to create a modern, efficient and marketresponsive development that makes full use of a well-located site. The design enhances outdated dwellings while adding new homes that are bright, open and highly liveable.
Natural light, ventilation and spatial efficiency drove the planning, while all architectural decisions remained grounded in feasibility and investment performance.
